key fob programming question

I looked at the Tips in the wiki relating to programming the third button on the key fob,

http://www.disco3.co.uk/wiki/Hints_%26_Tips

Question is, can you program different functions on the two different keys?
Would like to program her key for panic alarm and mine for tailgate opening...

I suppose if all else fails I could RTFM... Smile
