Chances are we will not be driving or using the car for months due to Coronavirus, as the wife is in the at risk catagory with asthma. Could be six months isolation, who knows. What do I do about both fobs that aren't going to be charged?

There's an active thread that says an electric toothbrush charger will do the trick. .

How quick would the fob discharge? Surely the 2nd key that most people don’t use would constantly run out? 2015 D4 HSE Loire Blue

I wouldn’t worry about the key
Maybe test the passenger door lock manual key
In the unlikely event you need to use it

Quick update.
When I pressed the unlock button the indicators flashed a couple of times and unlocked the drivers door. Nothing else. Wouldn’t lock it again. The other Kew did nowt.

Maybe that key is set to only open the drivers door. (the default setting)
You need to press unlock twice to get all doors unlocked

Sorry for a reply on an old post, but I’ve seen it mentioned that the keys charge in a dock on the dash, so you can put the spare in there.
Where is this? It’s not mentioned in the manual.
Also do they charge when in the ignition?
I have a disco 3.
