Should be the rear drive shaft central bearing

Popped her up on the ramps this afternoon & to my surprise for a car under 4 years old the centre bearing on the rear prop had indeed given away.

So that is as you suggest the likely cause. The garage has advised they will sort it along wit the growing list of other issues I want them to address!

Lets how this is the root cause of the vibration as it didn't vibrate on the D3 like this when the bearing had gone.

Interestingly the garage didn't pick this up as part of the 165 point approved check or the service they gave it before delivery, but did pick it up on a service health check my old D3 had & wanted i nice wad of my hard earned to fix it.

If I take my foot off the throttle the vibrations stops, so it must be drive train related rather than wheels?

This is what driven me to think about the bearing...
