Hi John,
I inflicted some "Bramble Rash" on my car during a training event at Radnor Forest, What would you recommend as the best way to remove it  I'm not as good as I once was........but I'm as good once as I ever was.

Thanks for the kind word chaps The ankle is needing some rehab. Avoided surgery, but the MRI came back with a tear in the achilles and nerve damage. Hopefully get it sorted between 6-8 weeks.

Short of polishing it out, you can use a filling compound to 'fill' the surface scratches. Poorboys glaze such as White Diamond or Black hole is good for this, but you need to seal it in after you use it with a wax or sealant. This will keep the scatch 'filling' in place for a couple of months, as long as the sealant layer is in good nick.
Scratch 'x' type materials are good, but a lot of graft to work properly. Really needs a machine polish.

I Have some light scratches so from your description was leaning towards the Poorboys Polish. But which one for Stornoway Grey?

Poorboys Black Hole and either Ex-P sealant or a wax to seal the filler/glaze to the surface.
The only important thing to remember is to have a proper clean surface before it's applied.

Somewhere else....dont let the door hit your backside on the way out !!!! 
Do a google search, there are only a couple of places that can supply in the UK. I've used it a fair bit and it's not any better than Poorpboys Ex-P, Zaino or a good paste wax.
I'm sure it's supplied by Chemical Guys and Clean and Shiny.

Been playing with so many types and some are too greasy, powdery, or leave rings all over....
