Jack & Tool Kit

Exactly one week of ownership.
Only 1 prob so far

The tool kit & jack are supposed to be behind an access panel in the rear loadspace...right???

If so LR forgot to put mine in!!!!

I'm off to check they remembered the spare wheel !!!!

They forgot mine when i first got the car. Dealer got me the complete set within 3 days.

I've got a copy of the PDI with each of mine. Not sure if the tool kit is on it though, and I chuck it once I decide the car's ok. Still, if it is on it, it proves they haven't done the check they've charged you for. Wink

my dealer forgot the locking wheelnut socket and was horrified to learn I was fitting General Grabber tyres and a spare wheel carrier ( I have spent too long on all fours trying to rescue underslung spares for people) Ditch the factory jack, espeacially if you go off road and get yourself an air jack, which you can use for wheel changes on and off road and for recovery if you are bogged down
