It's possible to retro fit Headlamp powerwash?

iMy D3 has standard Headlamp not Xenon - and i want to install Headlamp of Xenon, but the law in Spain says that i need take powerwash with xenons, the question is, it´s possible to retro fit Headlamp powerwash?, are any kit in Land Rover to make this?

I think the law only applies to new build cars, if you retro-fit Xenon I doubt anyone will care (certainly the case in the UK)

yes, I tolk with the ITV service (tecnical inspection of vehicles) and they said me that I can´t to pass the next anual inspection with Xenon if I not have the wash-ligths.

Is it an option to keep the Halogens for the test? Only takes 5 mins per side to swap? Are you likely to get into any trouble from Police or others when driving around, I doubt they would know if you have Xenon or not unless they are experts.

I suppose you could buy the washer nozzles and fit to the bumper quite easily, not sure about the additional motor/pump though. Could you cheat and tap into the main windscreen washer pipe so it washes the lights all the time you wash the screen?

no, IN SPAIN specification, it's opcional in "S", and Standard in "SE" and "HSE" termination (the two have xenons like standard equipament).
