No didn’t take my boat but went on the Scillonian and a nice crossing 
Galwaygreen , if you don’t mind NOT staying in a posh hotel on tresco or a 5 bed cottage and happy to do self catering it’s not much more than staying on the coast over here £1k for the place we rented 8) and £250 for both of us on the ferry and took some frozen fillet steaks and some nice cheese etc with us so -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

radio cornwall mentioned today the scilly air route the busiest in the country during april....just checked out a good hotel in falmouth £1100 for end of may (3 nites only) B & B .. looks like prices are being hiked
