took my disco on a nice ride , on the back of an RAC truck monday 15 miles no fuel used -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

North Norfolk Broads for 2 weeks then over to Pembrokeshire ...hopefully
Loire Valley on 11th August - just outside Lucay-Le-Male - a most pleasurable 400 miles - apart from the toll roads, why are the French roads so much better than ours
Leaving tomorrow for the weekend at Disneyland, Paris = 180 miles and then 190 back up to Calais on Monday and Eurotunnel on Monday afternoon

Simon R - you're so right, and quiet too once you are out of the bigger cities. On the toll road down from angers towards La Roche, there were times when as far in front and behind there were only one or 2 cars, and sometimes none. It was billard table smooth as well - easy motoring (albiet for 33quid )

The one big problem with toll roads is the tool boths! we came back on a satuday and there was a 8-10 mile tale back in both directions for the toll boths

no - the problem was the day - we learnt a few years back NEVER to travel on french motorways on a saturday in august.
