In Rock, North Cornwall.
Where it is a complete Disco-fest. I don't think you're actually allowed here without one and a matching black labrador. Of course the lanes down here are just made for Discos

Rock does sound good.
Loved Bude for the surfing but Rock sounds fun for the other watersports - must check the map and see how much further it is, coming from SE London... Cornwall is a trek even to the north of it.

Just came back from sounthern France towing the tintent. About 2500 kms round trip with three kids in the second row... Still smiling after doing 1000 kms in 12 hours on the way back. It is getting boring but what a car.

Heading to Marseille for a few nights and then up to Genoa for a stop and then heading North across some mountains and basically see where our journey takes us Will end up in Arnhem but getting there will be a stop/go see where the road goes and get a hotel or camp site on our route. Basically just drifting and chilling and soaking up the atmosphere

just got back from a very nice 2 and a bit weeks in France with tintent - did Paris and Disney (again), then out to the Vendee (nice weather) - got spotted by an ex member who came and said hello.
On the run down from Brum to Dover, and again from Calais to Paris, had trip comp showing over 25mpg (which on mine means about 21-22), with 1700kg of tintent behind. This is the best I've EVER got whilst towing. On the run from Paris to Avrille, and again back up to Caen, and from Portsmouth home, I could only get up to 22.5 on the trip comp, so 18-19mpg - I guess it was downhill all the way to Paris
I had posted before about the stability of our new Bailey Olympus compared with my old Abbey Spectrum. Well the Bailey does still still slightly bouncy, but is more settled with a slightly higher noseweight (over Baileys 100kg recomendation though - approx 110kg), and the D3's rear tyres at a slightly lower pressure of 39 Psi.
