You profile shows a D3, the fans don't blow in the D3 with Altox. you need a upgrade..
i.e a D4!

i have always my problem with the ipcu!! the fan don't blow with correct setting Big Cry
do you Big Cry know this problem or i'm alone in Babylon?!!

altox and ipcu with my D3

always the same problem: i can't run the fan with the ipcu connected to altox and i don't know what i can do
now i have time with coronavirus Mr. Green

If the fan’s do not work with a external 12v power source.. then there is another problem and not your IPCU.
The IPCU is “ just” a switch/converter ... forget it first... check everything else first...

You have to look at the wiring itself, correct connections etc. Etc... look at the manuals from Altox...
