I changed mine to LEDs, but wish I hadn't bothered, two never worked on arrival, three have since failed and another one is temperamental and only works when it feels like it.

So a waste of money as far as I'm concerned.

Not had any issues with the ones from HIDS4U and they've been in 4+ years
LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

I've got one of the HID4u Ultra bright SMD panels in the front, and another in the middle row. They are fookin bright and crisp white light.

In fact they are so bright I get a suntan from them Thumbs Up 8)

I e got a mix of bulbs from hids4u and advanced factors. Only one bulb has failed in 2.5 years and I've replaced all internal and external bulbs, something like 17 501 bulbs and the reversing ones and side indicators.

OK, confession time!! Went cheap, got 2 boxes of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/VANSSI-5-SMD-Whit...l_huc_item OK, if a couple are DOA that's not a problem. If the car doesn't like them I can swap out the blue(ish) internal LEDs in Old-D. To swap all the bulbs on New-D would be far too expensive otherwise. Will update peeps on how I get on but don't think they will arrive before I head off to the Pyrenees.

Also ordered a pair of updated H7s https://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-12972XV-S...X-treme+h7 to replace the yellowish high beams. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I got mine from Advanced Factors, but seems HID4u may have been the answer.

Got mine from advanced factors, not a problem with the bulbs....

Does anyone know how/if you can disable the puddle lights under the doors? When camping you attract every flying insect within a few miles when they see your LEDs light up.
