Interior lights conversion to LEDs

I just noticed the interior lights are quite yellow. I am sure white LED fitted will give much better appearance.

Searching the forum doesn't show many topics where this was discussed?

I found 1 kit which says it will work well with the canbus

http://www.powerfuluk.com/vehicles/land-ro...white.html

Has anybody tried it? Any alternative to it?

I replaced mine with standard LED bulbs from Advanced Factors. Very straightforward, but that link from Powerful seems to include everything, which would save having to work out which ones you need.

I swapped some of my internal ones back to incandescent bulbs as the LED ones were too bright for the kids to use as reading lights in the back while I was driving.

I've got 30 of these across the 2 x Discos, very white, very bright (got an old one on the front left map light as too bright when driving at night) and not a single element of a single bulb has failed or flickered. Very happy bunny. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01EQU...&psc=1

I notice that they sell the led panels for the rear separately.

It can be done dirt cheap via Chinese panels from eBay, but you have to wait. I also found that some of the individual "bulbs" fail and flicker. Best bet quality parts from a UK supplier. Unfortunately it's a case of buy cheap, buy twice

Hello, I recently bought a disco 4. And I was busy changing the interior light into LED. But while changing the make-up lights of the left sun visor, something goes wrong. I had already done the indoor lighting. Also the reading lights. During the removal of such a light, everything suddenly goes out. With some playing with the buttons, we managed to get some relief back. Now I have left those make up lights original. But the rest is LED. Now only the interior lighting goes on when the door is opened. The reading lamps and make-up lights are not ... Who has tips or experience with this? And a possible solution .... Thanks
