Guys, i just want to give a shout out to Tom from Tow Trust. (http://www.tow-trust.co.uk/)
I had a problem with the fitting of the bracket of this tow bar I bought via a 3rd party reseller but he responded to my questions without fail, offered to fit it themselves (though I could not do that as Im nowhere near them) and then proceeded to post me a new replacement bracket with some additional bolts that might fit my D3 better. All free of charge.
This is service beyond what is even remotely expected and Tom is a real star.
Unfortunately I had to go abroad on work trip but soonest I'm back I will fit the towbar and report back!

Yes, I have just ordered the detachable version from Tow Trust. Spoke to Alan who couldn't have been more helpful. should arrive next week.
