im new here, has anyone done it and is it worth the circa £800?

It will make a small difference, but barely noticeable, unless your doing lots of towing, or in hot climates

tesco of course!

i would imagine mikey means the upgraded diesel you can get from some of the shell stations?

thanks for the reply tho, does not sound like it would provide enough for £800 , i thought i would gain at least 100 bhp! Sad

Tried Costco but never noticed a difference.

And with the cost of the Shell stuff compared to Costco or ASDA, round here at least, the intercooler might be the cheapest option Laughing .

Surely a remap is the best bang for buck in terms of performance upgrades?

yes indeed i have, was underwhelmed to be fair like someone else has said i was expecting more from it

However i appreciate the D4 is no lightweight, its an arm chair cruiser i was just being a little greedy

and the prospect of a shiney new alloy intercooler was appealing even though you will never see it once installed!

Dial in Sand mode for normal running, it works for me and as fun as any remap, but I am easily pleased!
