Intercooler Hose Instructions

Hi

Just ordered a BAS intercooler hose and despite a long search cant find any instructions on here about fitting it - preferably with some photos? Shocked

anyone know where they are or have advice on doing the change? Bow down Disco 3 2.7 TDV6 55 Buckingham Blue Base

Hi

Thank you for your order. The fitting is simple really.

Lift the bonnet and remove the plastic engine cover.
Undo the top hose clip with a screwdriver.
Remove 4 plastic grommet clips holding the lower plastic corner splash guard on. Drivers side front of wheel at the lowest point behind the bumper.
Undo the lower hose clip and pull hose off the intercooler.
Lift out the hose from the top.

Do all the same in reverse for refitting.

To reuse the hose clips you will need to remove then from the old hose with some pliers, they have a small retaining clip grabbing the hose to keep them still. I remove this part from the clip before reuse with the pliers.
