intercooler hose

Had the intercooler changed to an Allisport and blue silicone hoses. This made the throttle house to separate. It seems that the silicone hose is too stiff.
Anyone with the same problem?
Ideas how to solve it?

Hot water or a hair dryer (or heat gun very carefully used). This makes the silicone more flexible temporarily.

You need a cast hose in the shape of the old hose, it will take a lot of stress to try to bend a regular silicone hose 90 degrees that normaly wants to be straight.

The silicone hose was in the same shape as the rubber one. The hose was supplied from Allisport.
A temporary solution will not work or do you mean that when warming it the shape will change and fit better.

The shape of the hose is correct or it isn't and needs to be sent back.

Sometimes they are a bit too stiff to get on and you need to make the ends more flexible to fit over the lip of the surface they are fitting on to. Nothing permanent.

The smallest hose just after the turbo is a pain in the neck and will only go back on easily when heated up. The others shouldnt be difficult.

It is the upper hose that is connected to the throttle house. It made the the throttle house separate where the metal spring joint is.

What I can see is that the shape of the tube is the same as the original rubber.

Do you think that the allisport intercooler have different outlet than the original intercooler. I did not compare them. Assumed that it was plug and play.

Hi, what was the outcome of this? I need a new upper hose and was looking at the allisport silicone ones.
