Inside Doorhandels can they be changed?

Question. A whole doorpanel had to be changed. Now the handel has the color of the 2008 Model. Can only the door handel be ordered and without great hassel can they be changed. i wolud like the others in the same color.

The outside part can deffinatly be changed ..not sure about the back part !!

But you proberly wont see it anyway ..
