Hi All
Look forward to any recommendations plus do they register it on the online LR portal?
Got a quote for £593 from Leicester Land Rover 
Main service required although only covered 6k over the last 2 years!! Discovery 4 HSE Lux - Second time around

I’m sure that you will find somewhere closer to you, but if not, I can thoroughly recommend Richard at Land Rover Diagnostics www.landroverdiagnostics.org who are based at Mansfield. I’ve just had an interim service (in line with LR’s schedule) done today, and even had the chassis treated with Lanoguard too for less than half your quote. And yes, Richard does update the online service history.

Sounds promising as I can see some surface rust under the arches, although I think I will need a main service done due to time not mileage...
Oh and the designer outlet is there so could squeeze a trip on the savings!! Discovery 4 HSE Lux - Second time around

Bit further south but Douglas Motors in Rugby, and they are far more effective at updating services on the portal than most JLR dealers
Other than that you're not a million miles from Duckworth in Market Rasen who are the only dealer i've found worth dealing with 05 D3 V8 HSE, LR Passion tree bars, wildbear compressor guard, LRP switch panel, ARB rear locker + compressor, Trigger 6 shooter electrical system
12 RRS SDV6 HSE (Hers) - Gone and replaced with an I Pace - I can tell you now EV is not the future yet

Give Richard a call. I had a major service last year and the price was VERY reasonable. He’s very enthusiastic about LR’s (runs them himself). Oh yes, and the retail therapy!

+1 for Richard @ landroverdiagnostics in Mansfield, thoroughly nice guy and does a brilliant thorough job. He sometimes has an interesting project on the go in the workshop too. 2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

Thanks all...I will defo try Richard at Mansfield can't believe nothing in Leicester...but then its a service, then warranty consideration as my 2 year approved warranty expires together with breakdown...
Oh yes I have an extended test drive on a defender next week....last time I drove one I felt sandwiched with the drivers window......but then the price is currently ridiculous for a decent one!! Discovery 4 HSE Lux - Second time around

Take it to Farriers Jaguar/ Land Rover in Ratby Leicestershire. Specialist independent. Terrific set up and good owner. They do mine and my daughters Land Rovers. I trust their work,honest people. Discovery 3 tdv6 HSE 2007

Thanks for that, at least its local would you know if they update Land Rover online portal for service history and maybe a light waxoil?

Good indie in Derby. Ex REME and knows Land rovers really well Discovery 4 3.0 HSE 2010 year. I like it a lot. Now with winch 😂
