In Car Digital Freeview
So...I fitted a digital freeview box into car after seeing Wiggs posts on another thread, got all the wires through to back of nav screen no problem, got wire through for remote control eye, all looks really smart, no wires on view at all.
Now here's where my problem starts! Using the antenna that came with the freeview box the picture was very poor, and when pressing the info button on the remote i found there was only 1% signal strength but the signal quality was about 40%, so I thought Id get a powered amplifed antenna and bought this:
Have wired it in and it has improved the signal strength from 1% to 20% however with this one the signal quality is 0%!!!
I know digital in car freeview can work in my area because the last time my car was in getting repaired the courtesy car they gave me had it in and it worked a treat, can anyone suggest anything to help me out here? maybe i need a different antenna?? Any help/ideas greatly appreciated

Why don't you send a PM to Wiggs and see how he has his antenna set up 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
