Iid tool and access height.

I was just wondering if it is possible to re set the access height using Iid tool. If it is, then by how much ?

What it is,is my old dog is beginning to find jumping in the back difficult, and I’d really like to do a bit to help him. I think he”s getting a bit stiff, and isn’t really comfortable been lifted up.

Is it possible to reprogram to lower to bump stops - or is it time for a ramp ?

Thanks

Yes the GAP IID can. There’s lots on line showing how to do it.

Powerful on You Tube is a good site.

Well you can, but a lot of work to do it every ride with the IID tool....

And if you lower it generally, every hight setting is that amount lower... (as far as i experienced /looked)

There are aftermarket tools although at a price, who will give you the ultimate solution, and i think worth the costs....

Landrover passion:

Or a new brand on the market

X lifter..

A ramp is cheaper, but i really like the features to ride higher than standard at higher speeds on gravel roads etc...
 Best regards

The amount it can be lowered is minimal, normal height can be lowered 20mm, this will lower all heights by 20mm, when going lower(25mm) the car hits the bump stops thinks it’s grounded and lifts to max height.
Access height cannot be adjusted on its own, all heights revolve around normal height.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
