I don't recall mine changing either. What is not clear is if this is a vehicle, SDD or IID issue. I'm sure we will give it some collective thought. I may even probe the DPF sensor outputs and scope them; I just hate getting dirty!

That's good to know, at least it's not just mine that doesn't appear to change Thumbs Up

The way it would be great for it to work, would be to show how much capacity was left in the DPF (I don't know what the capacity of a newly regenerated DPF actually is). If you were then getting near to filling your DPF, you could then use the tool to force a regen on the next trip you were going to make that would fulfil the normal criteria for an Active Regen process to complete.

I ran a log for a 60min drive on mainly motorways and I didn't really notice any voltage change on the DPF sensor. If it would of any help having a copy of the log, then just let me know Thumbs Up
