Found that I could only turn the radio volume up not down using the steering wheel controls, occasionally the "no phone module fitted" would appear but mostly nothing.
How repairable is the clock spring/ladder etc. or what components would I need to get in before getting the Airbag off? A visitor from the dark side, my other vehicle is an is still an EV. Strictly speaking its SWMBO.

With only the 1st symptom yes but the second would indicate an issue with detecting the resistance of the ladder, so looking for a common point. A visitor from the dark side, my other vehicle is an is still an EV. Strictly speaking its SWMBO.

I would say it's easier to have a look at the switch pack first.
To change the clock spring, you need to remove the steering wheel and then change the clock spring.
Either way, you need a hook tool, to release the airbag, I believe
Phone module not fitted, could be something else?
