I'd like to ask a favour.....

.... of anyone with a 2010/2011 D4 with DAB radio fitted.

I have fitted a D4 display to my D3 (there's a huge thread on doing this in the D3 forum) and I have also fitted a DAB unit.

I have enabled DAB in my CCF, and trhe button on the screen is no longer greyed out, but when I press it nothing happens.

If you look at the Vehicle Configuration in the diagnostics pages there is a section called DABFitment. See the photo below.

Could someone with DAB fitted take a photo or let me know what the setting they have is for DABFitment?

Many Thanks.

Andy

Not near my car right now else would do this.

To get to the menu :

Press Home hard button. Press and hold on the touch screen on the top centre for 5/6 secs. Then press and hold touch screen in the top left corner until PIN keypad appears. Should appear after a few seconds.

Enter 753 and you will bring up the diagnostics / info menus.

Here's how to do it on a D4: http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic46756.html

Basically the same as the D3 but no hard button. Code is the same.

Ah OK thanks very much. Must be something else needs fiddling with! More head scratching required.

No, I haven't connected an antenna yet. I expected something to show up when I pressed the DAB button, but nothing. Maybe if there's no signal it doesn't do anything. I'll try fitting a temporary one and see what happens.
