Should I be worried about this?

I am suspicious I am getting a little more noise from the front drive train and looking underneath at the nearside there is some leaking form one of the seals



As the title says - should I be worried about this?

Don't clean it off (So dealer can see there is a definate oil leak) and get it booked in for diagnosis before it gets any worse TLO has left the building.......
