Have I Got BlueTooth

Hi Guys,

new member. Just bought a 2006 HSE today, and looking to find out if I have bluetooth. Do all HSE spec cars have it? The radio unit is described at 6CD465, and the steering wheel has the phone buttons, as well as a cradle in the centre console.

Thanks for help!

my 06 S model has it fitted aswell,if you read the manual its all in there, the bluetooth code is 2121 for connectivity,my i phone works fine with it,you just have to store the numbers by voice control(its quite frustrating until you get the hang of it) but its brilliant and safe

Set your phone to 'pair' mode and search for the device would be an easy way in my book.

pull the green phone switch by the steering wheel,if the kit is fitted it will display (phone not connected) on the digital display on the dash, then try to pair your phone again,as you would normally when you pair it with any other phone, you could do with saying which phones you are trying to pair it with then maybe someone will know if they work or not, good luck

Sounds like a faulty unit to me.

I had the same symptoms, the dealer could not communicate with it using the diagnostic equipment, they replaced it under warranty.
