FBH replacement - A simple guide
Ok, not the most mechanically minded person, but I managed to swap out my dead FBH this afternoon Took me around 3 hrs, but most of this was working out how to remove things as well as putting them back
Managed to buy a new FBH from Yogi on the forum, so here's my start point:

First thing I did was to decide it would be easier with front nearside wheel off, so I jacked the Disco up, chocked the rear wheels and stuck an axle stand underneath also
Was advised by Woody32 to remove inner wheel arch lining thing (don't know the proper name ). And to do this you also have to remove wheel arch.
There are a few fastners and screws/bolts inside the liner, but there are also a few underneath, so make sure you check carefully before you try and remove the liner:

Once removed I was faced with this

Clearly in the past the lower FBH exhaust had split and somebody had put a temp fix on it I had no choice but to take the clips off and detach from upper exhaust (As well as replace the temp fix afterwards while I try and order a new lower exhaust this week).
The green tube is the airline So don't want that melting
Anyway, once the below is removed, you can then start work within the engine compartment
Remove electrical connectors

One bolt in front of FBH.....you'll need a long extension

Remove fuel lead....you will get a little spill, so get cloth ready to catch it. You'll need to prise clip off

You'll then need to remove the two cooling system pipe connections.....you will loose fluid, so make sure you have something to catch it as it's not nice for the environment

Edit: probably wise to bleed the cooling system after this
Once you've done the above, you can then removed the old FBH. It is very fiddly to get out due to its shape, but it eventually came out
Once all the above is done, place the new FBH in the same location and reverse the above instructions
I wasn't sure what to do next, so decided to prime the FBH using my IID tool and then carried out a test run again using IID

As you can see all worked
Note the lower pipe is upside down, part of my temp fix while I wait for a new pipe
Took me then about 1hr to put inner arch liner and wheel arch back on
Job done Iggy/Ieuan

Well done Ieuan!
Worth bleeding the cooling system afterwards.
If you are minded to gift your old FBH some of its vital organs may end up in another member's D3.
