ahh yes solved that problem by rooting phone and loading different ROM from http://www.cyanogenmod.com

phone is loads better battery lasts longer singnal is better and more stable can move most apps to sd card now so space problem is gone you do loose HTC sence but found plenty of apps to replace that
but if you want Sense then there are ROM with this in
