How hot?

I really appreciated the climate control today. The outside air temp at 1600hrs in Stockport town centre was 33 degrees indicated on the EXT Temp reading.

I noticed that the engine idle speed was up to 1100 revs, and the cooling fan was making the familiar roar that I have only previously heard when setting off from a cold start. Obviously it was working as intended.

Anyone seen higher temps today? I know some overseas forum members will have, but 33 is about as good as it gets in the UK.

Proves the idle increase is working in yours anyway Gareth to improve cooling of the engine. We only managed about 27C here, better bring your coats for the weekend.

It is quite likely, but it is Northamptonshire the most unpredictable county in the country. I will be there on Thursday and Saturday. I am playing with a shortened RR which is about 6 foot off the ground on the off road course.

See you at midday on Saturday in the Discovery Club area. Should I wear a carnation Embarassed for recognition?

There is, but I don't have one. The norm is that you will enter the main gate near the marina. Park on the grass at the marina and walk on to the show ground. It is big and very confusing, but the Discovery stand is normally near the arena. Maybe scorpio can assist with this.
