Horses head thru the windscreen

Eventful morning.

Had to walk to car parked 1/2 mile away from the house as still too much snow for my poor little Merc.
Was like an ice rink and almost had to crawl on all fours.

Finally got in the car and gingerly went up the road towards the bypass only to be met by 2 run away horses heading for the bypass. Stopped and eventually they came back towards me. The got to the side of the car and side swiped me. Censored

I called my son to go get them and find out who they belonged to .

He now tells me one tried to mount his Navara and he now has hoof marks up the bonnet , smashed head light and a hole in the passenger side of the windscreen where its head came through.

I think the french have the right idea by eating them

Yep, 2 things I learned a while back when working with them.
1. Horses are stupid
2. Horses are Censored stupid.

And having been to france I can vouch that they taste quite good as well Very Happy

Try with a fully grown bull charging the car Shocked . Happened to us down a country lane, he charged us and stopped right by the drivers window. He just stood there looking at us, leaning against the car.

Fortunately the farmer arrived and caught him

Did you hear about the english guy who went to Spain on business.

He went to a restaurant and ordered steak. Was OK but nothing special

Whilst sat there a spanish guy came in and was fussed over by the waiter. The spanish guy was seated in a private booth and was brought a large plate covered with a dome.

The dome was lifted and the Spanish guy got very excited. The english guy could see a huge plate of what he assumed was meat but had no idea what it was

The Spanish guy ate his meal and thanked the chef big time and tipped the waiter.

The english guy called the waiter over and asked what that was all about.

It was explained to him that the guy had ordered the bulls sweatbreads. He said that when a bull fight was on you could pay ahead of time to reserve them and eat them that night. It was a very special treat and very expensive

The english guy told the waiter that he was in the city for another two days and would like to try them. The waiter said that he was lucky as the next bull fight was two days away.

The guy paid for them ahead of time.

He got very excited and on the day turned up to the restaurant early.

He was greated by the waiter, put into the private booth and sat in anticipation, mouth watering.

The domes plate arrived and put on the table.

The waiter lifted the dome.

The english guy looked down and saw 2 very small balls in a bit of gravy.

He asked the waiter what was going on as he had seen the guy two nites before with a huge plate.

The waiter explained "some days the matadore wins, some days the bull wins" You take your chance
