Update.
Got a cheap one on e-bay, AH-17E678-CB (looked like CD on the blurred picture !)
Plugged it in, programmed the "Homelink", and hey presto, it works.!
GAP IID tool to CCF, to enable High Beam assist......
BCM
Auto high beam 1 "not fitted" ........change to ..."Fitted" ?
Auto high beam 2 "Disabled"..........change to ..."??"
Auto high beam 3 "Rest of World"....change to .. "UK" ?
Changed 1 and 3, confirmed changes, and Auto stop / start unavailable !!
Reset to as before mod, Auto s/s still not available, so will leave it and try again.
Maybe auto s/s will reset after a long shutdown (overnight), if so, will try to enable HBA again.
Can anyone with a Homelink mirror confirm the CCF settings please ?
TIA
Or maybe No. 2 battery is giving notice ? Watch this space.!

Update
"Sleep" has reset the Auto Stop / Start.
so changed CCF settings for HBA, as per previous post, Auto S/S unavailable again.
"Sleep" while at work, has reset Auto S/S, so No. 2 battery isn't goosed.
but HBA doesn't seem to be working.?
Manual says screen should say "Auto" when HBA is active
(Lights set to automatic, and HBA activated by selecting main beam).
?? Any thoughts peeps ?

My cars a little older than yours so it could be different but I get an icon when HBA is active. This only comes on when the headlights are on.
I suspect your issue is the wrong mirror. The HBA sensor is calibrated to the car and (there’s also very minor different plastic brackets inside for different models) the BCM will detect this. I bet if you read your DTCs you will have one to say ‘Invalid or incompatible software component’. 012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)

Follow up question,
Does anyone know,
Will AW93-17E678-CD work the AHBA on the D4..?
Apparently it's from a Jag XJ, only difference is AW93 not AH42.
Looks identical, +2 degrees etc.
These keep coming up on Flea Bay. and breakers.
