Clearly they needed to pot the red with the white before taking on the snookered blue.
Nasty kick though, perhaps too much chalk.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

When I was in the Shiplift in faslane they lived on the muscles on the jetty legs, including the shells. One even left me a package right in the middle of the bonnet and stamped all over it, result, one big area covered in scratches Joined the BMWX5 45e group

Yeah, sand plus fragments of shell and fish bones mean that even soft mitts or sponges are out......snow foam and the pressure washer are the only way to safely get it off without badly damaging the paintwork.....
Dave, reminds me of one of the cars belonging to a diver a few years ago....a gull dropped a fish on his roof, and after a load of his pals descended and had a big fight over it,the poor guys car roof looked like he'd rolled it.......it was only a couple of months old,and he wasn't best pleased"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Sadly your snooker analogy seems to have been spot on
