SWMBO did similar within 3 weeks of me getting the new D4
She completely smashed the near side rear light and crunched the near side corner of the bumper.
I went mental and asked why she didn't listen to the bleeps - then my son piped up to say he was there and they didn't sound. Still, she must have hit it with some force.
I have still to get round to getting it repaired

Wife did this a couple of weeks ago....apparently,according to her friend (who's house she was visiting),she's the 6th person known to them that's reversed into it

will try for photo.but not good at this techy stuff..its only a small crink but the car is only 13k miles in.now every time it catches my eye..don't know how they repair as it plastic by the look of it.

worked it out....I rolled back into the drive in neutral...should have selected reverse then the sensors would have kicked in..good job the neighbour wasn't walkin the dog....d4 splats pensioner
