I just fitted a HBA mirror that I bought off a forum member and I can say that it works brilliantly in MY14 HSE. I have had other cars (Lexus and BMW) with this fitted and this works really well in my D4. Very happy with the mod.

It was average on my MY10 but on my MY14 it works very well the only time its iffy is if your going round a long bend when often the sensor it looking across the bend and misses the car coming towards you
but generally i find it good although other people on here seem to hate it with a passionMY05 SE D3 Manual my first LR what a car

High beam assist mod help
I too thought I do the mod, even through the jury is out on its effectiveness, I can’t seem to get it to work though.
I’ve enable the ccf as per settings in this thread and is appeared in car settings. But it doesn’t switch high beam off. I have the light switch set to auto and it turns the lights on automatically ok. Should I see any extra lights on the dash to show auto dip in on?
My other concern is that not all my wiring is there, as looking at the wires in the plug they don’t seem to match entirely the pins in the mirror! Do others that have high beam assist have plug wiring like this? Thanks for any help!
My car is a 2010 XS

Yep I did activate it on the dash and check it was set for drive on left, although didn’t allow car to “sleep” after I did - not sure if you need to. Only other thought (although don’t see why it would make a difference) is do I need zenons?
