EGR blanked off properly.
I have been having power issues for about the last 6-7months, it has only been blanked off for the last 3 months.
I have had quite a few issues with the d3, the main one is the backward suction noise or another way to describe it is like the wind whistling through a drafty window, a kind of spooky whooooing.d4 HSE in Corris Grey with Black options pack

P133500 EGR Position Sensor Minimum/Maximum Stop Performance EGR valve circuit high resistance
EGR valve circuit short circuit to ground
EGR valve circuit short circuit to power
EGR valve failure
Check the EGR valve and circuits. Refer to the electrical guides. Using a datalogger function, check the EGR valve angles and command the valve to 0% pulse width modulated (PWM). Recheck the angle. The value should be 0 - 20%. If the value is outside this range, install a new valve. Refer to the relevant workshop manual section. Clear the DTCs and test for normal operation.
Well that's what the manual says anyway

Transformer - Samco hoses & new intercooler fitted. Only hoses I have not replaced yet are the turbo side, I have samco ones to replace the OEM but have not done it yet.d4 HSE in Corris Grey with Black options pack

Booked into turbo technics on Thursday for a diagnostics test of the turbo and actuator.
In a way I hope it is the turbo/actuator so I can get it resolved and running as she should.d4 HSE in Corris Grey with Black options pack

If they do change/take out the turbo it would be worth them doing the hoses whilst they are in there. Getting all of mine changed.

Have spoken to them about that, I have replaced the long one, but the ones I can not get too with my chunky hands and arms.
But as you say DSL, I will deffo get them to change them. I have them at home as I purchased the full Samco kit from TD5 Alive.
The guys at Turbo Technics have already said that when they do the diagonstic test, they also do a physical test of the hoses, turbo & actuatord4 HSE in Corris Grey with Black options pack

Turbo Technics know their stuff. Had a guy who used to work for me take his Shelby charger in there for a Turbo re-furb. Fantastic job done & I collected it for him when they'd finished. Picked him up on the way to work and boy did it move. Massive improvement over how it went in.

When I go on Thursday we are going to have a chat about Hybrid Turbos aswell.
At present they dont do one, but I have given them the green light to use my d3 as a test vehicle.
So if my turbo is broken, I could end up with a nice shiny hybrid, even if it is not broken, will still see about having a hybrid fitted.

I'd suggest you de-cat the exhaust & get a Twisted Performance exhaust then otherwise it's going to be too restrictive IMHO Bodsys Brake Bible
