Help upgrade my D3 330mm brakes to D4 360mm

Hi can anybody help.
I want to upgrade my D3 front brakes rotors from 330mm (v8 upgrade) to 360mm (D4)

Does anyone know if the brake calipers are the same on the D4? and if not what the part number is.
i know the back plates are bigger but not sure of the part number

Has anyone got a list of bits and part numbers so i can order them?

These are the biggest brakes that you can get inside a 19 inch wheel.

Not to worry, was only a slim chance as I've got all anyone would need to do this as I've gone to 6 pots and 380mm discs.
