I know many already do this but if your item has been sold or is no longer wanted then please consider revising your original post to reflect this as this helps other site users who are searching through the section .....and it saves us mods a bit of time too 
The easy way to do this is to go to the first post , select "edit" then just replace the For Sale with SOLD in the brackets and similar for wanted posts
