hello,
did my first maintenance at 12000km, oil change, filter, today
tonight when comming home i noticed the oil warning, and at arrival it was oil leaking, and a bit of smoke, and a weird small noise,
is it possible that at the dealership they did not close well the oil thing underneath?,
is my car in big trouble?
help i am very worried
thanks

I think you should return it to the dealer! (call them first in case it is not safe to drive it)

I experienced similar thing with another brand (BMW). On way home from service, oil light came on, smell and smoke. Turned out they had forgot to put the oil filter cap on properly. Fortunately my engine was OK since I turned off instantly. If yours have developed a noise, it could be worse.
As mentioned, ask dealer to fetch your D4 and fix it properly, do not drive it with low oil level.

SWMBO did the same thing on her Audi after topping up last week, I noticed the smoke on accelerating at motorway speeds (her car, her problem if it breaks )
edit: I did check everything was OK while changing to winter tyres; topped up water/oil and cleaned the oil mess in engine bay from said loose cap Experience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!
