| Help New Hitachi pump Fitted |

Hi All, Have just replaced my Hitachi Suspension pump for new unit and guess what a new issue.
Original pump was intermittently failing due to slow fill .
CODE SET IS :C1A13-64
Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery.
Algorithm based failure
Signal Plausibility Failure.
Also noticed the new Electric motor body seem quiet hot?
When running the pump and ride height is set to normal values are
Gallery Pressure reading 1215kpa
comp Temp 132 Deg
motor Temp 97 deg
Also should all 4 ride height sensor voltages be the same ,I have front 1.7v and rear 3.00v ??

So I have fitted the new Hitachi pump and relay and since then keep getting an intermittent fault regarding the gallery pressure not reducing and throws the Fault. I check all connection etc but nothing appeared to be a miss. I then read that there was an update to the exhaust muffler but tried blowing through this and that also seems ok. I drove to work today and all ok but on the way home sitting in traffic the fault appeared again. I have taken the exhaust outlet pipe off the pump and also the inlet and all appears to be working ??? how restrictive does this pipe need to be ? and is there a fix ??
Maybe someone else has had this issue or could this be something else?

why did you replace the compressor ?
