[Help needed] - Which garage in Manchester |
|
Hi all!
After many long months of hectic European commute, the car (and me as it seems) are heading back home ...for a while at least!
I will have to take my D3 in at what I want to be a GOOD garage (meaning proper issues investigation, proposed resolutions and attention to the customer issues, amongst others); the issues I suspect to be almost exclusively mechanical and I expect will be covered by WD, so not necessarily looking for the cheapest place...
I have read (and have trusted) the opinions of quite a few pros on this forum to which I would take the car in a blink, but will be limited to the broader Manchester area as it seems on this occasion.
Any recommendations of good garages/mechanics (inidys and forum members/sponsors included of course ) who know the D3 well and will take their time to troubleshoot with me and resolve would be most appreciated.

When I had my Land Rover investigated .... even Land Rover recommended A1 Land Rover in Bury ...
Its an independant and the owner Andy is well known for his knowledge ....
Search the name and it crops up on here a few times as quite a few member use it ....
If its work not done where .... service stamps arent required there is a guy near Prestion called Flack (a forum member) who is excellent as well ...

I will second Bobs.
A1 Land Rover in Bury. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced. I won't go anywhere else.
