| Help with identifying something underneath rear of the car. |

Can someone take a look at the linked video (hopefully it will work OK)
Been underneath the rear of the car fitting some TuffRok mud flaps and also cleaning up the receiver for the towbar. I noticed either side of the spare wheel, two hefty looking pieces of metal, that are pivoted. You can see them move when I push them..
Any idea what these are please ? Link to the onedrive vid below..
