Heater making a noise

When I turn the car on in the morning the heater makes all sorts of noises like a bearing or something is going! Anyone had same problems?
Its under warranty so booking it in next week Disco 4 Difflock on rear, side running bars, leather upgrade! tow hitch 7 & 13 pin electrics oh and roof bars

You need to elaborate on your problem a little more. Where is the sound coming from, engine bay or inside the cabin? If from the engine bay, the FBH fires up and makes noise plus a bit of smoke before it gets to operating temperature. On my previous D3 the FBH made unusual noises and was replaced - under warranty fortunately.
