Hi,
My disco is comming up to 100k and little things are becoming tired. Most of the problems I can put up with but the heater has become temperamental sometimes works or just doesn't. As winter is coming and the wife drives more than I do can anybody tell me which relay conrols the heater. I thought this was a good starting point.

its most probably your heater control panel
does your car have electric heated seats?
I have just put in the bin a spare hvac control unit for a model without heater seats. its brand new!
you would need to take off the cover and install your own but other than that its ready to go
i can dig it out if you need it as its in the green bin

quite easy. hardest bit is getting the panel out! but plently of tips on here including mine post one the dvd headrests to show you
once out you just need to undo a few screws and separate cover from inside panel
you can actually just plug in as is without changing panel over to see if it solves the issues
just dug it out of the bin for you
its with me in Poland and i am about to fly of to Cyprus for 2 weeks but if you want it i will see what i can do
