Heated oxygen sensor troubles???

Hi there, after a good run out today my engine management light decided to appear, got back home, called the AA out and he has just diagnosed a p0036 heated oxygen sensor fault(bank 1, sensor2). Live readings showing O2 at default setting. ???????

The car seems to run fine, no misfires, no lack of v8 power, should I be worried or is it a simple fix????

Any help appreciated.
