Headlining Down - Easy or Hard?
So i am just about to run a fused feed up to a Ceiling Mounted Cubby Unit which has all the light switches in it and a CB Radio (Picture below). I am wondering whether to take the headlining down(and put up soundproofing on the roof whilst it is exposed) or just use some cable rods and send the cable throguh which ever way i can get it through above the headlining.
Has anyone got any advice and how easy/long it takes to get it down? Is it like some other ones that never goes back to its original form once it kinks or you let it fold by mistake?
Any ideas would be appriciated.

This link is for a Freelander so I don't know the intricacies of the Disco but while you have the ceiling out you may want to look at acoustic insulation & kill two birds with one stone... actually three, give everything a good clean.
I have had the ceiling out half a dozen times now. The second time is easy. The trim panel clips are the same & there is a list of them in the link on page 4.
