Headlamp won’t switch off!

This morning, I walked up to my car, unlocked it and noticed just the main beam lamp on the right hand headlamp is on!

Re lock the car and it goes out. If the car is unlocked the light is on all the time regardless of what you do.

All other lights work normally, no error message.

I’ve not plugged in the iid yet, but just wondering if anyone had any experience or idea?

Unusual indeed! She was washed with a pressure washer underneath on Friday. I wonder if some water has got where it shouldn’t?

Is yours like mine? Changed main beam bulbs yesterday and thought at first I'd lost a retaining clip but it appears never to have had them and uses sprung side clips instead. If that's sufficient, why do the dipped beam bulbs have clips of a more normal type?

No mine has adaptive xenons. It’s the high beam lamp on the right hand headlamp that’s on. I’ve never touched the bulbs from new.

Well, its self repaired itself. Must have been a damp connection somewhere.

Pull the fuse.
Had a similar occurrence with the wipers on my old FL2. Can’t remember the sequence but I had to pull the fuse, ignition on and off then the fuse back in.
Think the body control module glitched.
