I know its a strange question (should be used to them from me by now!!) but....
How do I know if the head light washers are working? If I look at the head lights they appear to have the same amount of dirt all over them! I kind of expected them to have cleaner areas in the middle, but they are dirty all over? Is there a switch to make the water spray onto the lights?
Thanks

I'm not 100% sure (since I don't have headlamp washers), but I think they come on with the windscreen washers.

Ignition on, headlights on, drivers door open, lean in and press the windscreen wash button whilst standing by the wing you will soon see if they are working or not because you will get wet
The spray is two short high pressure blasts, if they are working you will see it easily from standing at the side and the headlamp will be completely drenched all over in water.
Remember that the lights wash only once each 5 presses of the screen wash button (I think) unless you cycle the ignition in between each press.

you will easily see the spray from inside the vehicle when they activate.
as said, they dont go every time and if you water bottle is low then they deactivate as well Duncan
