Hi all, looking forward to collecting my car next Friday, and itching to get her muddy. Anyone fancy a trip out down some lanes in Hampshire?
Suggestions of where to go would be very welcome please Justin

Wow! 118 Views and no replies...
Really, no one in Hampshire wants to play? How about Salisbury Plain? New thread? Justin

Not many suitable places nearby, there is a club Ringwood area but it's more Suzuki SJs there, Salisbury Plain meets come up quite often here, on the Defender 2 site and on the Full Fat site, if I see any I will send you the links to save you joining them all. Paul Redding

Shire Land Rover Club was out laning on Sunday - sadly i'm too busy over the next few months or I'd be out and about - I usually either lead a group or tag along.... not in my D3 though
Most of our laning days would be suitable for a D3 but best check with the Greenlanes officer.

Thanks Dave, I will have a look at that link.
B.O.G. Thanks also, looks like Hampshire have shut many of what used to be beautiful lanes like those over the South Downs. I downloaded a Salisbury plain route last night over about 50 miles, reported to be medium difficulty, so will probably start looking more in that direction. Justin

I haven't been down to the Plain for a few months, so might be able to get out there soon....
How soon are you looking?

I'm always up for a play on Salisbury Plain. But my poor D3 is under going a complete suspension overhaul. If it's up and running when you want to get out, I'll pop along.
Cheers

I think it's got more than one
It's about 300 sq. miles! (though you can't drive on all of it, plenty of lanes to be getting on with though)
