Does anyone still stock the GVIF in the UK? I can only find one seller (hids4u) and they list them as unavailable. Ebay throws up a couple from China, but before I take that route, I thought I'd see if any of you lot know!
Cheers
Dave

I think the Xcarlink is 'like' the gvif, but without the ability to add extra a/v feeds, and relies on the aux in for audio, whilst the original gvif will push audio to the head unit too - as far as i've read.

Replying to myself after a bit more googling. Hmmm. original GVIF didn't provide audio, so the Xcarlink is the same. thanks for that!!!

There's a cheap D4 one in the for sale section, cheap enough to fit a D4 screen to go with it It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

The D4 Gvif unit is a bit more involved when it comes to fitting, you need to strip the screen down and attach a ribbon cable that patches in to the screen.
