Guava Guildford, shocked
At such short notice and how quickly efficiently and cheaply they serviced the D4

James sorted the key on my wife's Fl2 a couple of weeks ago. With about 3 hours notice she turned up after the Richmond Dog Show and they did a key whilst she waited and were about £80 cheaper than our nearest dealer who assured her on the phone it would take 2 hours to program the key - funny how Guava did it in 20 minutes DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

I run an 8 1/2 year old D3 and I should be taking it to an indi with much lower rates using non LR parts. Made the executive decision to only use Guava as I trust them and their service is impeccable. They're not the cheapest nor the nearest, but that doesn't matter. They are the best.

If you have a good relationship with any garage it does carry extra value and it does take the stress out of things.
I do like indies though.

Unfortunately had bad experiences from an Indi in Monmouthshire that has scarred my outlook on them as a group. Basically they were ripping me off. And my 110 was stolen from the indi I used before them I Cowbridge. I know I shouldn't tar all with the same brush but once you find someone you trust they tend to be a bit of a comfort blanket.

I moved 100 miles away and still miss Guava... great garage, great people, and even better service.
You really notice the difference when you have to go to an ordinary dealer.
