Green lanes around Cheltenham
Has anyone any advice on where the green lanes are around Cheltenham, and how to find them??

there arent any !!,
if there are they will be marked on the OS Explorer Map as green crosses. I looked ages ago and didnt find many.Duncan

There's a short one close to Chipping Campden but Google maps says it's about forty minutes away

On google maps it looks like there are some on Cleeve Hill - I take it thats not the case?

My OS just gets Winchcombe on the left-hand side and there's none that i can see, but perhaps I'd need the next map along

Cleeve Hill is dominated by a Municipal Golf Course, no access to vehicles Never get mad - get even !!

Sadly many green lanes have had their status changed. They are now classified as a 'Road used as a public path'. One such road, ran a short way from the Puesdown Pub to the north of Hampnett.D4 SDV6 HSE 11MY - Gone

I think there are some around the Duntisbournes (between Birdlip and Cirencester).
Not sure if they are official but we get a number of them around us
